There are countless places on the Internet where you can upload or post your photos, but each website has its own interface, with different uploading options. In certain cases, it takes only a few clicks to upload your pictures, while in others you have to spend most of your time navigating on a clunky interface, trying to find an Upload button. Whoosh makes it much easier to upload images to Facebook, Flickr or cloud folders. You can send your photos to one or more websites, in just a few seconds, from the same desktop user interface.

The application is absolutely free and it doesn't come with any restrictions or reminders to upgrade to a Pro version. It can be installed in a matter of seconds on any modern Windows platform. You don't have to install any prerequisite tools for this application and your computer's performance will not be affected.

The user interface displays all the instructions you need to upload your photos. All you have to do is click and drag your photos to a certain area of the interface and select an online service. You can choose to upload the images to Facebook or Flickr or store them on Skydrive, Google Drive or DropBox. You can also send the images to a friend via Skype, print them with a local printer or an online printing service or compress them in a Zip archive.

In addition, Whoosh allows you to set a photo size and add comments, before uploading your pictures. When uploading images to a service for the first time, you will have to log into your online account and allow the application to connect to that service. The application will also display different options, depending on the selected service, to let you decide where to upload the images. For example, if you decide to upload your pictures to Facebook, you can choose to send them to one of the existing albums or create a new one.

Pros

You can upload photos to various online services from the same desktop interface. The application's functionality is very straightforward and it does not take long to upload the images. You can also send the pictures via Skype, print them or compress them in a Zip archive.

Cons

The possibility of uploading images to other services, like Picasa, would be a welcome addition. The fast and straightforward functionality that Whoosh has to offer will spare you from navigating through complex web interfaces, when you wish to upload your photos.
